Home/How it works

From an inbox request to a reviewed draft.

Agents read the request, work out what is missing, ask for it and prepare the document from your approved material. A lawyer reviews it before it goes anywhere.

  1. STEP 1

    The request arrives

Any unstructured email is read, classified and checked for gaps. Missing details are requested from the sender before a lawyer sees anything.

    AI
  2. STEP 2

    Your template is edited

Only the variable fields change. The negotiated boilerplate stays exactly as approved.

    AI
  3. STEP 3

    Annexures are built and checked

Pricing and service levels are read from spreadsheets and compared with the contract body. Anything that does not match is flagged for a lawyer.

  4. STEP 4

    A lawyer reviews and decides

In-house counsel or a senior associate reads the draft against the source, edits where needed and approves. This step cannot be skipped.

  5. STEP 5

    Released with a full record

Only after approval does the final draft go back on the original thread, with a record of who did what and when.

Roadmap

Once you give us the job.

Six steps, the same on every matter. You always know where yours is and who has it.

  1. Starts the moment you send it

    You hand over the matter

Describe it by email or through the request form. Tell us the documents you have, the date you need it by and who we should talk to. Confidential documents are shared only through a secure channel agreed with you.

  2. Before any work starts

    Scope confirmed in writing

A reviewing lawyer is named. You get the scope, the list of documents we still need and the delivery date, in writing, for your approval.

  3. In the background

    Agents prepare

Trained agents do the groundwork on your documents. Anything missing is flagged back to you as it appears, not at the end.

  4. Before anything is released

    A lawyer reviews

The reviewing lawyer makes the judgement calls, edits the work and signs it off. Nothing moves to the next step without that.

  5. On the agreed date

    You receive the outcome

The finished pack arrives with the reviewing lawyer named on it, ready to act on.

  6. After delivery

    Walk-through and follow-up

A call to take you through it, answers to follow-up questions, and every document kept in your matter workspace.

How fast?

The delivery date is agreed with you in writing before work starts. It depends on the volume of documents, the number of jurisdictions and how urgent it is, so tell us the deadline when you send the matter and we plan back from it.

Watch it work

Try a request. Then act as the reviewer.

Pick a sample request and watch the agents work. The run stops before anything is sent. Approve it as counsel to release it.
