These terms apply to your use of this website (juristra.ai), operated by Tramarkify Business LLC as Juristra. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Who we are
Juristra is a product of Tramarkify Business LLC. In India it is offered through Tramarkify Business Private Limited (CIN U69201MH2024PTC428839). Both companies are referred to as "we" in these terms.
Not a law firm, and no legal advice
Juristra is software with lawyer review. Tramarkify is not a law firm and does not practise law or provide legal services. The content on this site is general information about our software. It is not legal advice. Using the site, submitting a form or speaking to us does not create an advocate and client relationship.
Legal advice or advocate services are provided only by qualified lawyers who are engaged under a separate written agreement with you, made at your request, which states who is engaged, in what capacity and on what fees. Reviewing lawyers use their own independent professional judgement and are not bound by anything on this site.
No advertisement or solicitation
This site describes software. It is not intended to advertise or solicit work for any advocate or law firm, and it does not name, rank or promote any individual advocate. By using it you confirm that you came to it on your own initiative, that no one has solicited or invited you, and that you are not relying on it to choose an advocate. The site is meant to comply with the Advocates Act, 1961 and the Bar Council of India Rules, including Rule 36 on advertising and solicitation.
Fees
Fees for Juristra software are agreed in writing with the relevant Tramarkify company. Fees for any legal services are agreed in writing between you and the lawyer engaged. This site does not quote or advertise legal fees.
Early access and waitlist
Juristra is in early access and is not yet generally available. Joining the waitlist does not create a contract, reserve a place or guarantee access, a date, a feature, a price or any result. Features, availability and the pilot described on this site may change. We may contact you about early access using the details you gave, and you may ask us to remove you from the list at any time.
Services are separate
Using the site does not entitle you to our services. Any pilot, subscription or engagement is governed by a written agreement with the relevant Tramarkify company, which prevails over these terms if they conflict.
AI output and lawyer review
AI can be wrong. Any output you receive under an agreement is reviewed by a qualified lawyer before delivery, as that agreement describes. Nothing on this site is a guarantee of a result.
Examples and scenarios
Product screens, data, marks, films and stories on this site are samples or illustrative scenarios based on typical mandates. They are not client results, forecasts or a promise of any outcome.
Intellectual property
The site, its design, the Juristra name and logo, and its content belong to Tramarkify Business LLC or its licensors. You may view and share the pages for your own business use. You may not copy, modify, resell or use our names and logos without our written consent.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to it, scrape it, or submit unlawful, false or harmful content through its forms.
Confidentiality of what you send
Do not send confidential, privileged or personal data of third parties through the site forms. Share matter documents only once we have agreed the terms on which we will handle them.
Links to other sites
The site links to third-party sites, including tramarkify.com. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or terms.
Disclaimer
The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we do not give warranties about its accuracy, availability or fitness for a purpose.
Limit on liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Mumbai have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any rights you have under mandatory law.
